11/29/2001 12 year old Amanda Cope-beaten, brutally raped, strangled in her own bed in her own home.
12/12/2001 James Sanders broke into the home of Kathryn Davis where he brutally raped her before robbing her.
12/16/2001 James Sanders broke into the home of Maxi Phillips where he brutally beat her and attempted to rape her while her children slept in a room close by, not hearing anything.
12/19/2001 James Sanders broke into the home of Alicia Lowery where he brutally attacked her, placed a bag over her face, and attempted to sexually assault her.
1/12/2002 James Sanders broke into the home of Sara Hagman where he wrestled with the victim, attempting to strangle her before she stabbed him with a screw driver before he ran from her home.

I'm written this letter to your office because i do think you had a lot to do with appointed Attorney Leland B. Greely to my cases.
But the real reason I'm write because i don't think that Mr Greely has been on my cases long enough to be try to go to trial. I had Harry Dest for almost two years and he didn't help me in no kind of way, he didn't even take time to come to none of my Preliminary Hearing. and i no if he had took time most of my cases would have been dismiss. because i no there was not alots of evidence Presented. an so far as my Preliminary Hearing do feel like i was violated of my South Carolina Constitution Rights because i never Wave my Rights to not havin a Preliminary Hearing.
and another reason i no that Mr Greely is not ready to take on the Cope Case because i never have discuss anything with him about someone i have never seen before.
When i first met Mr Greely we didn't discuss the Cope Case we discuss another Case, so i have ask Mr Greely for a Motion for Discovery, but i have not got nothin but a few letter saying what he was trying to do and that don't help me in no kins of way.
I have been blind sides in all my Cases i don't even no what going on with none of my Cases.
He having took the time to Come see me, so I'm not ready to go to trial with noone.
I will ask for him to be taking off my Cases, i don't need to be lie to!
I do feel like I'm being railroad.
